When Replacing Makes Sense
Some plumbing can be saved with a repair. Some can't. Old pipes that keep leaking, fixtures that fail again and again, and work that someone else did badly are the usual reasons to replace. We look at the whole job first. Then we tell you what we would fix and what we would pull out. Our goal is to save you money by not giving you a solution that replaces everything when you don't need it.
How the Job Goes
We start by looking at what is in your walls, under your floors and at your fixtures. Then we explain what we found in plain words and give you a quote. When you say yes, we take out the old plumbing and put in the new. The same crew shows up each day, so you are not meeting a new face every morning. You know who is in your home and who is doing the work.
What We Replace
We replace many kinds of plumbing parts. That can mean a worn-out water heater, a failing water softener, old sinks, or a garbage disposal that has given up. It can also mean pipes that run through the home. Each job is different, so we look at yours before we say what it needs. If a simple repair will do the job, we say so.
Work Across Our Towns
A lot of our work in Greenwood is ripping out the old and replacing the entire system. In Carmel, Fishers and Westfield, much of our work is new builds or fixing what someone else messed up. In Indianapolis, it is mostly maintenance work. Homeowners often call us after a bigger company gives them a quote for thousands of dollars more than ours. We are happy to give you a second quote. You can see every town we work in on our areas we serve list.
Before You Decide
Replacing plumbing in an older home is a big choice, and the price depends on the house. We explain what drives it in our guide to the cost to replace plumbing in an old house. Ask us questions at any point. We would rather you understand the work than feel rushed into it.
