Why we see so many new builds
Carmel, Fishers and Westfield are a lot of new builds for us. We also get calls to fix what someone else messed up. Both kinds of work need a careful eye. On a new build, we want the plumbing right the first time. That is cheaper than opening walls later.
How new construction plumbing goes
New construction plumbing means setting up the water lines, drains and fixture spots in a house that is still being built. The work happens in steps as the house goes up. We plan for sinks, a water heater and any extras you want. Planning early keeps the layout clean. It also lets us put in things like a water softener without cutting into finished walls.
The same crew each day
On a build that runs for weeks, a rotating crew can cause mix-ups. We send the same guys each day. They know the plan and what was done the day before. You and your builder can talk to people who know the job. That makes the work smoother.
Fixing work done wrong
Sometimes a new build has plumbing that was done poorly. We look at what is there and tell you what is wrong. We do not push you to replace everything. If one part needs fixing, we fix that part. You can read about nearby work in Westfield or Fishers.
